  • Friday–Saturday: 5PM–11PM · Sunday: 4PM–10PM

Setup & Teardown

  • Setup window: 1PM–4PM each event day · Teardown at closing — no early breakdown
  • Violations may result in removal without refund

Power & Equipment

  • Vendors supply all power: generators, cords, lighting, tables, chairs, canopies, weights, and signage

Rules & Expectations

  • Weekly social promotion tagging @DSNightMarket required
  • Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at all times
  • NO SMOKING or ALCOHOL inside tents
  • No subleasing, unauthorized vendors, DJs, speakers, or music without prior approval
  • Park at your own risk. Parking lot prices vary — consult with our team if you have any questions
  • Event management has final authority on all market matters

Liability

  • DS Night Market is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment or merchandise

Permits & Compliance

  • Valid health permits, fire compliance, handwashing stations, and extinguishers required for food vendors
  • Noncompliance may result in removal without refund

Cleanup

  • Booth must be left clean and grease-free. Cleaning fees or market bans may apply for violations

Cancellation

  • All fees are non-refundable · 48-hour notice required for future credit consideration only
  • Vendors removed for violations will NOT receive any refund or credit

While we're currently unable to offer paid gigs, we do provide a stage, a great meal, drinks, and a $10 parking reimbursement at 941 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012.

💰 Tips from the audience go directly to you and your band.

👨‍👩‍👧 Please keep your show as family-friendly as possible.

🎛 We provide: PA sound system, mixer, 2 wireless mics, 1 wired mic, and 1 mic stand — that's it. Please bring your own cables and gear. If you need extra equipment, let us know in advance — we may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests.

⏰ Please arrive 30 minutes before your set for setup and sound check. If you have more than 2 people, arrive 1 hour early.
